Is CBD legal in my state?
Hemp derived CBD and Hemp Oil are legal in all 50 states.
The FDA considers hemp and hemp-derived extracts to be food-based products. As such, there are no legal restrictions on their importation, production, sale or consumption in the United States, as well as most of the industrialized world. Also, Hemp oil is legal in over 35 countries around the world. Hemp oil is consumed by millions of people around the world, and this number is rapidly rising as an increasing number of studies research and explore the potential health benefits from hemp derived products.
The main question to be answered - is what is the source of the CBD? CBD made from Marijuana with high levels of THC – is only legal if your state has legalized marijuana. Again, Hemp derived CBD and Hemp Oil are legal in all 50 states.

How does hemp differ from marijuana?
Hemp is not marijuana - and Hemp will not get you ’high’. Hemp, or industrial hemp, is a commonly used term for cannabis sativa plant strains which contain very low levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and are typically used for its fiber and seeds.
What will CBD do for me?
Inspiro, LLC does not make any specific health claims about our products. Please read the product description on all products to identify the best products for you. And of course, as with any supplement - please consult your physician before use. Although not officially designated by the FDA as a health product, CBD has been shown in studies to have various health benefits. Inspiro, LLC believes that moving forward, once more research has been done, many benefits of CBD, CVG, CBN, CBA and other cannabinoids will be discovered.
Why do I not feel the desired effect?
The first thing that you’ll notice is CBD is not THC, and it does not provide any psychoactive effects. Each person will require some trial to finds the best dosage and desired effect. As with any new supplement, we suggest that you start with the lowest dosage for five or six days – before moving on to the next level – if needed. By incrementally progressing, you will be able to find the right dosage for you!!
The positive effects of CBD depend on many factors, including the amount consumed, the rate at which it is consumed, your body mass, height, weight - and your metabolism. Bottom Line is that some trial may be required to find your desired and optimal effect. The FDA has not yet created guidance for an official dosage size on most products. Start with a low dosage and Increase or decrease dosage until you get your personal desired effect. Of course, we always recommend that you speak with your physician before, and during your usage of CBD products.
