Base Shipping Policy

Multiple shipping options and rates are offered when available – and as noted below.

At Inspiro, LLC – as our Base Shipping Policy – we offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders in the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). These are Flat Rate and Priority Mail Shipping Services.

Orders will be shipped to you within 48 hours, except as noted above – as we do not ship on weekends or US Postal Service Holidays. Delivery will occur to you within 7 days.

Shipping is scheduled Mondays – Fridays from our office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and is not operational on the weekends, or Holidays – as recognized by the U.S Post Office.

Inspiro, LLC DOES NOT currently ship Internationally

After you check out, (and if you have provided us with your e-mail address) – you will be e-mailed with a confirmation of your order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number – once your order has shipped.

Please note that Inspiro, LLC has no control over package delivery once it leaves our facility and we have given a tracking number to you. If a package has been lost in the mail, we suggest that our customers contact their local post office first to find out what the reason for the delayed package may be.

Expedited Shipping Policy

For Expedited Shipping and Large/Bulk orders – we also offer Fedex, and UPS as an option – and at an additional cost, which will be calculated and visible to you – when you check out.

You can also request a “signature delivery” to make sure that someone has to sign – in order to accept your delivery, just let us know in advance if you want this feature.
