I use a 30 mg measuring spoon I purchased separately to make a 180 mg dose 3X daily for excruciating spinal osteoarthritis and hip pain from a hip scheduled for replacement in July. I sprinkle it on an oily food like a bit of butter on a small cracker, a piece of avocado, bit of almond butter, or a dab of mayonnaise. It works quickly. More effective than tramadol and my focus and motivation stay high. For the deep hip pain, I do have to use 400 mg of ibuprofen about 2 hours later. I think the hemp isolate potentiates the ibuprofen. My only complaint is a bit of nausea for about an hour after ingesting the isolate. I would love to have this product in an oil capsule with certain dosage and frequency. Extended release would be even better. I am happy this CBD product is derived from hemp instead of a marijuana plant.
